Ippolito Elementary hosted the 3rd Annual Are You Down? Fashion Show on October 31st wrapping up a month long celebration of Down Syndrome Awareness Month. DSATB Executive Director Craig Woodard, Sr. and his wife Christine the organization’s Advocacy Director, their son Craig Jr. attends Ippolito. He’s in 1st grade and ESE Specialist Kaleena McQueen-Jones and her ESE Team put on another fashion show with the Rockstar theme. The students and teachers had a blast as they remained socially distant and changed up the show this year due to Covid-19. They plan to have the 4th annual show next year so stay tuned for October’s Down Syndrome Awareness Month for many years to come at Ippolito Elementary.
