Hillsborough County has given the Down Syndrome Association of Tampa Bay a grant of $9600 to cover costs for them to host a 3.2.1 Art Class.This class is specific for individuals blessed with Down syndrome to be able to express themselves artistically. It’s held twice a month at the Center Place in Brandon.
